From da Hares: The hash will be the “F Your New Years Resolutions” hash. We are asking that everyone bring a $1 bill along with them on trail for a special surprise.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit 🙂 From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Hop on the Brown Line and ride it to Addison. Exit the station on the North side of the street, head West a door or two and you’re there.
From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Take the 50 Damen bus North up to Addison. Walk East a block and a half over to the Brown Line station. Bar is on the North side of the street, just West of the station.

Driving 🙁 Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Wolcott and Addison. Search endlessly for parking before realizing that you should have learned to take the CTA to the hash by now.

Hash Cash: Pay As You Go

From da GM: Lifa & O’Shitty Runch will be your hares for this romp through the historic Logan Square neighborhood (and current “it” neighborhood for Chicago’s hipster population) – for the walkers of the group this will be a traditional Pub Crawl, but for those who wants to witness the Winter Wonderland that is Chicago, Lifa & O’Shitty Runch are assured to provide a trail with multiple beer stops (not just at the bars). Participants are expected to pay as you go, but we are working with local bars to get the best drink specials possible for all of you. We’ll be starting the whole thing off at Green Eye Lounge (2403 W. Homer St), which is right underneath the Western Blue Line stop, so it is especially easy to get to.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit 🙂 From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Hop on the 73 Armitage Bus and ride that sucker over to Western. Bar is located at the corner of Milwaukee and Homer, right next to the El tracks on the West side of Western.
From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Walk your lazy ass over to Homer and Milwaukee. Or if you’re super lazy you can take the Blue Line towards O’Hare for one freaking stop and get off at Western.

Driving 🙁 Don’t drive to a pub crawl, you’re just asking for a DWI. If you must drive, hop in your hooptie and cruise to Homer and Western. There’s probably more parking to the West of Western, but don’t hold me to that.

Wingsday & Goodbye Beer Spill Valdez

Beer Spill is swinging through town (after a hellish six-week stay in his home state) en route to a new life in California. Come join him for one last Wingsday with some awesome karaoke and, of course, $1 beers and $.25 wings. This party may migrate depending on what’s open until 4 AM, so bring your drinking shoes.
