From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Grab the Blue Line going to O’Hare. Exit the train at Jefferson Park and transfer to the 92 Foster bus. Take that sucker out to Foster & Elston and the bar. (Approx. 35 min)
Driving

Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Foster and Elston. The bar has some parking, but don’t leave your hooptie there if you plan on going over to Taste of Polonia.

From da Ladies of POP: Amazing Race meets Beer Olympics. We start at Burwood Tap where you are split into teams and given clues to various locations in the area. At these locations, your team must complete a task (drinking related, duh) before your earn your tag and can move on. You may complete these in any order. After the last clue, we’ll end back at the bar where a winner will be declared and given a prize.

Fifteen years on, and the ladies of Chicago are still at it – its time once again for our annual “Power of the Pussy” celebration as everyone’s favorite group of harrierettes takes the reigns and plan a truly memorable weekend for everyone.

This year’s theme is “Mardi PauXXXp” – join as Chicago H3 does their best New Orleans on Fat Tuesday impression as the ladies turn your favorite hash into something normally reserved for Bourbon Street. Expect lots of beads, and quite possibly a set of boobs or two. Costumes, as always, are not only allowed but encouraged.

Your rego gets your plenty of cold beer before during and after trail, delicious food at the on-in (including a potluck contest), an exclusive giveaway (provided you rego early enough), and shiggy (both traditional and urban variety). If you rego for the entire weekend you’ll get access to Friday night’s “Beer Journey Pre-Lube” as well as Sunday’s “Crawfish Hangover.” Not only that, but you’ll have a collection of the coolest harriettes you’ll ever meet showing you a good time.

The first fifteen people to rego will receive an exclusive price of $35 for the Main Event and $40 for the weekend – after that the price is $45/$50 until August 9th. If you’re lazy you’ll be charged $5 more than that if you wait until the week of to rego and another additional $5 if you show up the day of and try to pay. Power of the Pussy is worth it at any price, but don’t say the ladies didn’t warn you about the price increases. Be smart, rego early.
