Saturday, May 27 – Monday, May 29

Celebrate Memorial Day with the Chicago Hash! We have 3 days of fun and bad decisions lined up for you. And great news, we have eliminated the rego process this year. Each run is $10. Just show up and pay at the run site.

Saturday, May 27th – Prelube Run #2420

Hare: Steps in Shit
Location: Armstrong (Lillian Hardin) Park – 4433 S. St. Lawrence Ave. (map)
Hash Cash: $10
Time: Meet at Noon, on-out at 12:30 PM
From the hares: Cum one cum all to trail that will prove the Southside is not all bullets and car jackings. The hare promises a hound and dog friendly start/ending/circle. The approximately 4-mile trail is an A-B taking you through some of the more historical and picturesque areas of Chicago’s southside.
The start is about 4 blocks from the 43rd Green Line station, with plenty of FREE street side parking. Ubering? Use Armstrong Park as your destination.
Transit: Green line to 43rd St. then walk southeast a few blocks.

Sunday, May 28th – Memorial Day Main Event Run #2421

Hare: Horn-E, False Advertising & Zone 2
Location: Bunker Hill – Approximately 6800 N. Caldwell Ave. We have reserved grove #1  (map)
Hash Cash: $10
Time: Meet at noon, on-out at 12:30 PM
Eats: This is a potluck event. Please consider bringing something to share.
Transit: CTA Peterson  bus (route 84) west to the end of the line at Central Ave. or Metra Milwaukee District North Line from Union Station (at 10:35 AM) to Edgebrook Station. Upon arrival by bus or train, walk northwest on Caldwell Ave.  for about 3/4 mile to the entrance to Bunker Hill. Grove 1 is located just inside the entrance.

The main event! The RA will guarantee favorable skies! We’ll meet at our rented pavilion in Bunker Hill. Work up your thirst by running a shitty trail. Beer, food, and perhaps games will accompany this disaster.
