From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Brown Line to Western, then hoof it north up Lincoln Ave to the bar.

From Wicker Park/Bucktown: 49 Western Bus north to Ainslie. Then head west on Lincoln Ave to the bar.

Driving 🙁

Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Lincoln, Ainslie, & Western. Bowling alley is upstairs.

Saturday 9/28 – 2:00 PM, On-out at 2:30pm.

Venue: The Glenwood – 6962 N. Glenwood
Hash Cash: $8

From da Hare: Its my birthday, come on out and celebrate my birthday by running a trail and drinking some brews. Expect some brats and a veggie (garden burger) option.
Probably should expect a turkey/eagle trail, with the eagle trail not exceeding 6 miles. Although, this is subject to change.

The venue is dog friendly.

From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Grab the Red Line to Morse. Exit downstairs and hoof it north on Glenwood on the west side of the tracks.

From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Take the 72 North Ave bus east. Transfer onto the Red Line at North/Clybourn. Exit the train at Morse and hoof it north on Glenwood on the west side of the tracks.

From da GM: Summer Saturdays return, so join us out in Oak Park/Forest Park as we hash off the end of the Green Line!

From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Hop on the Red Line and go into the Loop. Transfer to the Green Line at Lake. Hoof it upstairs and transfer onto the Green Line at State/Lake. Enjoy the view of the deteriorating West Side and then marvel at how nice the suburbs are before exiting the train at Harlem. Go downstairs and hoof it a few blocks west along South Blvd and then Circle Ave. Bar is on the corner of Circle and Marengo.

From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Hop on the Blue Line and ride that sucker into the Loop. Transfer to the Green Line at Clark/Lake. Hoof it upstairs and transfer onto the Green Line. Enjoy the view of the deteriorating West Side and then marvel at how nice the suburbs are before exiting the train at Harlem. Go downstairs and hoof it a few blocks west along South Blvd and then Circle Ave. Bar is on the corner of Circle and Marengo.

Via Metra: Grab the Union Pacific/West line from Union Station at 12:40 and exit at the Oak Park station. Go downstairs and hoof it a few blocks west along South Blvd and then Circle Ave. Bar is on the corner of Circle and Marengo. Train ride is only about 15 minutes, so bring some extra cash to drink at the bar.

Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Circle and Marengo – bring your quarters because they only have old school parking meters out here. Also, the Harlem exit on the Eisenhower is on the left for some reason.

From da Hares: In honor of Rusty Grundle’s birthday, we should all dress up like Fabulous (gay) Pirates! If you’re feeling half assed about it, still dress half assed since it’s Sandy Syphilis’ half birthday.

As this is a pirate hash, MAKE SURE YOU BRING A COMPASS, your iphone has one in utilities, Android users I’m sure you can download a free one.

From da GM: There’s a Cubs game, so be prepared for Chicken Stiffer to channel his inner Horn E and give yourself extra time to get to and from the hash.

Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Roscoe and Halsted – since there’s a Cubs game, bring $20 for parking.
